An US based start-up requested legal advice for their entire European market entry. They desired one single point of contact in Germany to undertake and coordinate the work throughout Europe. The contact was required to be always up to date regarding project status and closely work with different internal stakeholders as if he was an internal Legal Counsel.
A senior lawyer, formerly a Regional GC from a Fortune 20 company, was selected from Vario’s Managed Legal Services team to act as the focal point for this project.
