Kate spent over a decade as an employment lawyer before moving into legal recruitment and then joining Vario. Her career to date has given Kate an excellent understanding of the legal profession and recruitment within the sector.
Kate understands the demands and challenges facing clients and lawyers and uses her experience to help balance the needs of both. Kate employs these skills on a day-to-day basis interviewing candidates, managing and building our client relationships and overseeing assignments. Kate enjoys getting to know our lawyers and clients to fully understand their needs and motivations, always striving to ensure the right fit. Kate was seconded to Singapore to help establish the Vario offering in APAC and thoroughly enjoyed experiencing a new culture and working in a different country. Kate brings that experience back to the UK helping to connect our ever growing worldwide Vario offering.
